Synopsis: In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity's most basic needs. Amid the people, a hero decides that he's had enough and plans a revolution to lead them all to freedom!

This is Colin’s first show at Tremper and he is very grateful for the opportunity. Previous roles include Eddie Birdlace (Dogfight) and Frank Jr. (Catch Me If You Can). Next fall he will pursue a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Otterbein University. Blake is a current junior at Tremper High School. This is Blake’s seventh show, and first show at Tremper. Previously, he starred in “Mary Poppins”, “Hello! My Baby”, and “Hairspray!” to name a few. Besides singing, acting, and dancing Blake enjoys Key Club, Student Government, and cheerleading. He has very much so enjoyed Urinetown especially getting to work with Mr. Cicerale, Vanessa, and fellow students.
